1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FemBot or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of FemBot
FemBot provides household organization and coordination features, including schedules, tasks, reminders, transportation coordination, notifications, and related assistance.
3. Authorized use
You may use the service only with authorization from the applicable household or account administrator and only for lawful household coordination purposes.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for information you provide, maintaining appropriate account and device security, verifying important scheduling information, and not using the service unlawfully or to interfere with others.
5. No emergency service
FemBot is not an emergency communication service and must not be relied upon for emergencies, medical emergencies, public-safety notifications, or other situations requiring immediate emergency assistance. Contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
6. FemBot SMS Messaging Program
Program name: FemBot by FemLabs37
Program purpose: Transactional and informational household coordination.
Messages may include daily schedules, calendar notifications, appointment reminders, task assignments and updates, reminder notifications, transportation coordination, household service updates, responses to user requests, and other household logistics.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. For additional support, contact support@femlabs37.com.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of SMS prevents further non-required FemBot SMS messages to that number unless you later opt in again. SMS delivery depends on carrier and network availability.

7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how FemLabs37 handles information.
8. Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free availability.
9. Third-party services
FemBot may interact with third-party communications, calendar, infrastructure, and other services. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
10. Intellectual property
FemLabs37 retains rights in its software, site content, product names, designs, and technology to the extent applicable. These terms do not transfer those rights to users.
11. Disclaimer
FemBot is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FemLabs37 disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Users should independently verify time-sensitive or important information.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FemLabs37 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from delayed or unavailable communications, reliance on service information, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Termination
You may end SMS participation by replying STOP. FemLabs37 may suspend or terminate service access for misuse, unlawful activity, security risks, or violation of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
